Two abstracts from the ELH for the upcomming conference of the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM) have been awarded. Stephan Orzada has been awarded the Magna Cum Laude Merit Award for his abstract entitled "A 16-channel micro strip Tx/Rx array for bilateral breast imaging at 7 Tesla". Dr. Oliver Kraff has been awarded the Summa Cum Laude Merit Award for his abstract entitled "7 Tesla MRI of the shoulder and upper extremities using an 8-channel Tx/Rx Coil". These awards were given to PhD students and young Post-Docs whose abstract scored in the top 15% (magna cum laude) or 3% (summa cum laude), respectively, of all abstracts submitted to the same general category.
