This is the official project proposal form for scanning time at the 7 Tesla MRI. Please familiarize yourself with the
regulations for projects at the ELH before you start.
You will be able to submit and print your request as soon as all mandatory fields (marked with *) are filled. You do not have to
fill in all fields during the online application, however you should provide as much information as possible to speed up the process of the
application, since you have to complete the proposal form in any case. We suggest to keep an open eye on the help
symbols ,
since hovering on them may give you a hint about what to fill into the respective fields and why.
Moreover, please be aware, that your online application request
will only be kept for a maximum of twelve weeks if no further action is performed. Abandoned and incomplete requests will
be discarded after this period.
Before you begin make sure you have the following information available:
- a responsible ELH PI (contact him/her in advance!)
- a responsible ELH Staff Scientist (contact him/her in advance!)
- a prepared, submitted or accepted ethical approval/amendment
- contact data of all co-authors
You will not be able to finalize the proposal form without this data.
Your final presentation MUST be uploaded three days before your final presentation date to the latest. A link to the
upload page will be provided to you after completing this form.
Please don't forget to bring the printed form to your presentation appointment. Measurement time can and will only be
assigned to your project when the completed and printed form with all the necessary signatures is provided to us.
