The Erwin L. Hahn Institute for MRI (ELH) is calling for submissions for the 2026 Erwin L. Hahn Institute Award for Young Scientists to promote early-career scientists. 

Eligible to participate are young scientists who have submitted an outstanding bachelor's, master's, or doctoral thesis in collaboration with the ELH within the last 12 months.

Dissertations are eligible for a prize money of €1,500.

The winners will have the opportunity to present their research results at the Erwin L. Hahn Lecture & Workshop 2026 – as a poster presentation (for bachelor's and master's theses) or as a short talk (for dissertations).
